The competition for the English Premier League title for the current season 2022-2023 is raging between defending champions Manchester City and current leaders Arsenal, who are looking for their first titles in nearly 20 years.
Arsenal was in a comfortable position at the top of the standings, but stumbled in the last two matches with a draw, to increase the excitement of the competition as Manchester City continued its victories.
In his last match, Arsenal beat West Ham United (2-0) yesterday, Sunday, for the 31st round of the “Premier League”, but the “Gunners” lost this precedence and were saved in the end by the result of the tie (2-2), knowing that Bukayo Saka, Arsenal star, missed a penalty.
This scenario was repeated for the second consecutive match, as Arsenal tied with Liverpool (2-2) in the last round of the English Premier League.

Arsenal reached point No. 74, and it is only 4 points away from its pursuit of Manchester City, the defending champion in the last two seasons, noting that the “Citizens” played one less match.
Given these data, the nominations tend to favor the team of Spanish coach Pep Guardiola, but a supercomputer went against expectations and awarded the title in favor of Arsenal.
The computer based its predictions on the average victories achieved by each team, and also took into account the number of draws and defeats, in addition to the goals scored by the two teams in each match this season, according to the British Sport Bible.
The computer expects that Manchester City will suffer a new loss and lead to another draw in its remaining eight matches, to eventually collect 89 points, at a time when the “Gunners” will have 90 points.
Many believe that the match between the two teams (Manchester City and Arsenal), scheduled for April 26, 2023 at the Etihad Stadium, will largely determine the fate of the title of the current version of the English Premier League (2022-2023).
