Islamabad. April 6 (APP): Federal Minister of Law and Justice, Senator Azam Nazir Tarar, has said that there are occasions when the head of the house thinks that the thinking of the institution is collective. He was addressing the opening ceremony of Lawyers Complex Islamabad Bar on Thursday. The Lawyers Complex was inaugurated by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif while Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan and members of the Federal Cabinet were also present.

Federal Minister of Law and Justice Senator Azam Nazir Tarar said that today he is happy to see Islamabad Bar Association, Islamabad Bar Council and High Court Bar Association together. He thanked the lawyers for supporting the democratic forces. The Federal Law Minister said that after the no-confidence motion, there was a peaceful transfer of power and our journey is moving forward.

He said that our government under the leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is advancing lawyer-friendly policies with the support of coalition parties. For the first time in history, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif allocated an amount of 50 crores for the grant of bar councils in the 2022 budget. , we transparently conveyed their share to all the bar associations from Peshawar to Karachi, from Gwadar to Dara Adam Khel, the 7 billion sunk money of the Supreme Court Bar, the Lawyers Protection and Welfare Act which has been pending for many years. After getting it approved, the President has signed the bill after which the bill has come into effect.

He said that the grade 18 package will be given on the testimony of the lawyers during the work, there are 18 clauses in it. There is a division within, in the constitutional case regarding the holding of the election, the lawyers said the word "right" and requested to form a full court.
