Islamabad. December 3 (APP): President Dr. Arif Alvi has said that special people are very dear to me and my wife Mrs. Samina Alvi, they have great importance in our lives.
In one of his tweets on Saturday, President Dr Alvi said that special people should be loved, given physical access to all places and their health should also be taken care of.
The President of the country said in his tweet on the occasion of the International Day of Special Persons that education should be provided to special persons, they should be made skilled and they should be empowered by providing employment. The President said that this world is theirs as much as it is ours
