A young man was martyred in a fierce exchange of fire in North Waziristan on Friday in a clash between security forces and terrorists.
According to details, a statement from the Public Relations Department of Pakistan Army (ISPR) said that there was a clash between terrorists and security forces in Mir Ali area of North Waziristan.
ISPR said that there was an exchange of fire between the security forces and the terrorists, during which the security personnel effectively targeted the hideouts of the terrorists.
During the fierce exchange of fire, 29-year-old soldier Irshadullah of Kirk was martyred while fighting bravely.
The spokesman said that a search operation was also conducted to eliminate possible terrorists in the area, the security forces are determined to end the menace of terrorism and these sacrifices of our brave soldiers strengthen our determination.
