He expressed these views while addressing the foundation stone ceremony of Lawyers Complex Islamabad on Thursday. Federal Minister for Law and Justice Azam Nazir Tarar, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah and officials and members of Pakistan Bar Council, Islamabad Bar Council and other lawyers organizations participated in the ceremony. The Prime Minister said that lawyers have faced extreme difficulties to achieve justice and fairness, lawyers have made sacrifices for the rule of law and the restoration of the judiciary. He has fought for justice till date. The Prime Minister said that the judiciary should be respected by all, but the law should be equal for all, the law made for anyone should be applied to themselves. First, a nine-member bench of the Supreme Court was formed, later it remained a three-judge bench. Today, the decision of four or three judges of the Supreme Court is being debated, the judges who separated from the bench should not have sat in it. The Prime Minister said that if the demand of the full court was accepted, who would have disagreed with its decision, Justice Faiz Isa's decision was first abolished by circular, then what was the need to make a bench on it. The prime minister said that we are ordered that the prime minister alone is nothing, the entire cabinet is, but why do those who give such orders not apply it to themselves, everyone knows about Maulvi Tamizuddin case, Justice Muneer is the only one. The Prime Minister said that he is happy to lay the foundation stone of the lawyers' complex, the construction of the lawyers' complex will cost one billion 80 crore rupees. If the situation arises, the lawyers themselves will defend it. He said that we have to keep personal interest aside to secure the future of Pakistan and future generations. The Prime Minister said that Federal Law Minister Nazir Tarar and Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah deserve congratulations for the practical progress for the construction of the Lawyers Complex. should also be included and there should be separate swimming pools for women and men lawyers.
