Islamabad. December 1 (APP): Sheikh Falah bin Jassim, a member of the royal family of Qatar, arrived in Pakistan on Thursday on a three-day visit at the special invitation of Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani. Chairman Senate and senior officials welcomed the guests and their delegation at Islamabad International Airport.
According to the Senate Secretariat, the Senate Chairman said that the friendly relations between Qatar and Pakistan are based on religious and cultural similarities. He said that during the visit of the Qatar delegation, there will be an opportunity to discuss important economic and trade issues, the purpose of the visit is to promote bilateral cooperation and further strengthen mutual relations.
He said that Pakistan values bilateral cooperation with Qatar, the exchange of high-level delegations will further promote mutual support. The member of the royal family of Qatar thanked the Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani for the wonderful reception.
