Spanish Pep Guardiola, coach of Manchester City, the English Premier League title holder, confirmed that the medical staff of his team is working all the time to maintain the readiness of the Norwegian striker and scorer, Erling Haaland.
Haaland joined City from Borussia Dortmund before the start of the current season, and the Norwegian striker scored 47 goals with the team in all competitions, which is a record for any English Premier League player.

"I don't know what he did in Dortmund, but we take care of him 24 hours a day," Guardiola said. "We have great doctors and specialists, and they support him every second of the day. It's hard to understand why you spend so much money (on a player) and then leave him. I don't know." What other clubs do?
Guardiola stressed that it is important to maintain Haaland's readiness, given that City plays a match every 3 or 4 days.
City ranks second in the league, 3 points behind leaders Arsenal, and City also competes in the Champions League and the FA Cup.
Haaland led his team, Manchester City, to sweep Bayern Munich, 3-0, in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the European Champions League, by scoring a goal and making another.
