Istanbul – November 26 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif left for home from Istanbul International Airport after completing a two-day official visit to Turkey.
According to a statement issued by the media wing of the Prime Minister's Office on Saturday, the officials of the Pakistani Embassy in Turkey and senior officials of Turkey bid farewell to the Prime Minister at the Istanbul International Airport. During a two-day official visit, Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan inaugurated PNS Khyber, the third of four corvettes for Pakistan Navy at Istanbul Shipyard. The two leaders discussed bilateral relations, regional situation and issues of common interest, held delegation-level talks and also addressed a joint press conference.
During his visit, Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif met with Turkish businessmen, addressed the meeting of Pakistan Turkey Business Council, and also met the President of ECO Trade and Development Bank.
