Islamabad. December 4 (APP): Steps have been started for new residential projects in eight major cities for federal government employees and ordinary citizens.
The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority, a subsidiary of the Federal Ministry of Housing and Works, has decided to start new residential projects in eight major cities of the country, including the twin cities.
Sources of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority told APP that the authority has decided to start new housing projects on the basis of joint venture for federal government employees and general public.
New residential projects will be launched in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad and Karachi. These housing projects include (plots, houses and apartments).
Director of Joint Venture Projects of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority, while confirming the launch of new residential projects, told the National News Agency that expressions of interest have been sought from land owners and companies, firms in this regard.
For expressions of interest, Land Owners / Developers / Firms and Eligible Individuals for supply of land for housing scheme (plots, houses and apartments) projects in major cities of Pakistan, particularly Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad and Karachi. can apply for
Scrutiny and selection of applications for allotment of received land will be as per Joint Venture Regulations 2020.
He said that applications for expressions of interest in residential projects of FGEHA will be received by 11 am on December 22.
