First commercial shipment from Gwadar to China begins

Quetta. May 25 (APP): Pakistan-China joint efforts to make Gwadar as a global trade center have crossed an important milestone. The first shipment containing has been sent to the Chinese coastal city of Tianjin, which will reach its destination in the next thirty days. In this shipment, pharmaceuticals, raw materials are being taken to China.

Direct trade from Gwadar is possible due to serious efforts of Government of Pakistan and Government of China, tireless work of Gwadar Port Authority is proof that Pakistan China Economic Corridor is fully functional to handle international market cargo carriers.
