The project issued TSI conformity certificates for the Bei-Nuo section trackside communication signal subsystem, Bei-Jiu section railway infrastructure subsystem and energy subsystem. So far, the Bay-North section project has passed the European Union Railway Interconnection Technology (TSI) conformity certification, including the Bei-Jiu, the old-North section trackside communication signal train control subsystem, the Bei-Xiu section infrastructure subsystem and the energy subsystem The final certification of the system marks the breakthrough of China Railway in the certification of EU railway projects. It is the first time that China Railway's key products, equipment and system solutions are fully connected with TSI, which is of great significance for the further implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative in the development of the European region. .
As my country's first railway project that is in line with the European Union's technical specifications for railway interconnection, the Bei-North section of the Hungary-Serbia Railway is facing difficulties such as numerous certification clauses, complicated processes, and insufficient talent pool. The project member units comprehensively analyzed various key issues and difficulties, strengthened the training of talent teams, established the first overseas ETCS-2 train control system laboratory, overcome many problems, and finally obtained the TSI certification for all projects of the Benoit-Nuo railway , was recognized by the Serbian side.
The Hungary-Serbia Railway connects Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, and Budapest, the capital of Hungary. It is a double-track electrified railway for passenger and cargo, and is jointly financed by the Export-Import Bank of China and the Serbian side. The total length of the Hungary-Serbia railway is 341.7 kilometers, 183 kilometers in Serbia, and the design speed is 200 kilometers per hour. Among them, the Belgrade-Novi Sad section was opened for operation on March 19 this year; the Novi Sad-Subotica border section started construction on July 1 this year.
