Focusing on the theme of "Environment, Climate Change and Human Rights", this forum set up the concept of human rights from an Asian perspective, the basic theories of environmental rights, the achievements and experiences of environmental rights protection in Asian countries, legal adjustments under climate change, and the legal system under climate change.
