The report quoted local police sources as saying that when the bus was driving on a highway in the Sekhwan area of the province, it fell into a roadside ditch because the driver was speeding and did not pay attention to the roadblock signs. The injured have been sent to a nearby hospital for treatment, and some are in critical condition.
The police said that the highway where the incident occurred was blocked and diverted due to the flood, and the roadside ditches were previously dug to drain the accumulated water.
