People's Daily Online, Seoul, November 29th (Reporter Ma Fei) "2022 K-Beauty Brand Show" was held in Seoul on the 25th. The event was sponsored by the Korean Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Korean Cosmetic Industry Research Institute, and the Beauty Play Experience Hall, aiming to improve the global competitiveness of Korean small and medium-sized cosmetics companies.
Park Min-soo, Second Minister of the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Korea, Lee Jae-ran, Director of the Korean Cosmetic Industry Research Institute, Song Zhenxiu, Director of the Korean Cosmetic Industry Research Institute, Li Wenjing, Director of the Beauty Play Experience Center, Park Jung-rok, Vice President of the Seoul Tourism Association, and the United States Makeup brand stakeholders and market experts participated in the event.
The brand show is centered on Korean small and medium-sized cosmetics companies, and there are 13 brand experience areas in total. Through various introductions and experience activities, Korean hair care, skin care, beauty and other related small and medium-sized enterprises are promoted. In addition, the event also offers a variety of items such as makeup, hair trend show, and customized cosmetics experience.
The "2022 K-Beauty Brand Show" is one of the activities being planned by Beauty Play, a Korean cosmetics experience promotion center, to help increase the popularity of small and medium-sized cosmetics companies in Korea. In the future, the Beauty Play experience hall will provide various support for small and medium-sized cosmetics companies, including organizing brand pop-up activities and shopping live broadcasts.
Lee Jae-ran, director of the Korean Cosmetic Industry Research Institute, said, "While continuously discovering excellent domestic cosmetics companies in Korea, we will also formulate plans for domestic small and medium-sized cosmetics companies to enter overseas and provide various supports to do our best to improve the reputation of Korean cosmetics."
