Lodge said that the international rules on the commercialization of deep seabed mineral resources should be formulated after coordination and communication among various stakeholders, and called on the South Korean side to actively participate in the consultations. He also expressed his gratitude to South Korea for its active activities as a member of the ISA Council, and expressed that ISA is willing to actively deepen cooperation with South Korea to overcome various challenges faced by ISA.
