PESHAWAR:(Special Representative) According to a foreign news agency, Foreign Ministry’s Focal Person for Italy Ikramuddin visited Paraplegic Center Peshawar and met with the Chief Executive of Paraplegic Center Peshawar Dr.Syed Mohammad Ilyas.
In the meeting they had a special discussion on the problems and difficulties of disabled people. Senior Dr.Mahmood Khan who came from America and others were also present on this occasion. The Chief Executive of Paraplegic Center Peshawar. Dr.Syed Muhammad Ilyas gave a special briefing to Ikramuddin, The Focal Person of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Italy, regarding the most important diseases of disabled people and the importance of physiotherapy and the historical background, services and future plans of the institution. Dr.Syed Muhammad Ilyas said that our mission and objective is to provide the best facilities along with the best treatment to disabled people so that disabled people can get the best treatment in time. It should be noted that the Paraplegic Center Peshawar is the only institution in Pakistan where it is providing exemplary services to spinal cord patients, which is commendable. At the end, Foreign Ministry Focal Person Ikramuddin paid tribute to Dr. Syed Muhammad Ilyas and the staff of the institution for their excellent services and assured all kinds of cooperation.
