Attention, Bay County drivers: Here are some key traffic/construction advisories

BAY COUNTY — Bay County drivers will experience the following traffic disruptions, according to a news release from the Florida Department of Transportation:

U.S. 98 west of Tyndall Drive-Airey Avenue to east of Louisiana Avenue

U.S. 98 drivers will encounter some lane closures in this area through the end of August.

U.S. 98 widening from Mandy Lane to east of Nautilus Street

U.S. 98 eastbound drivers will find lane closures between Mandy Lane and Pier Park Drive starting at 9 p.m. July 8 and ending 6 a.m. the next day. U.S. 98 westbound drivers between Pier Park Drive and Hills Road will encounter lane closures July 9-11 from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.

State Road 390 Bridge over Mill Bayou

S.R. 390 drivers will experience alternating lane closures between Brook Forest Drive and CatoRoad on July 8 and 12, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., for relocation of utility equipment.

Hutchison Boulevard

There will be lane closures 7:30 p.m.-7:30 a.m. July 7-11 between Richard Jackson Boulevard and Clara Avenue for drainage construction.

U.S. 98 (Panama City Beach Parkway) resurfacing from Walton County line to Heather Drive

Drivers will encounter nighttime lane closures July 7-11 for asphalt paving.
