English fans in Dortmund, Germany, sang at a local police officer who they decided looked like England soccer manager Gareth Southgate ahead of the England-Netherlands Euro 2024 game. Footage filmed by X user @robtoone in Dortmund city center shows supporters chanting “Southgate, you’re the one” at the German police officer who resembles Southgate.
