Man dies in Northern California after getting trapped between two vehicles, CHP says

(FOX40.COM) — According to the California Highway Patrol’s South Lake Tahoe unit, a man recently died after getting trapped in between a truck and a truck tractor’s trailer.

CHP said the incident occurred around 1 p.m. on Monday in Tahoma.

According to the agency, a 53-year-old man attempted to stop a Ford F450 as it rolled through a parking lot, but was unsuccessful.

“The male was subsequently trapped between the side of the Ford and the side of the trailer of the truck tractor,” CHP said.

The man was declared dead at the scene.
