Police investigating apparent murder-suicide after two bodies found in Oklahoma City home

Oklahoma City police are investigating what might have been a murder-suicide after two bodies were found in an Oklahoma City home.

About 12:20 a.m. Friday, police responded to the 2600 block of South Miller Boulevard regarding an assault with a deadly weapon.

Responding officers found the bodies of the victim as well as the shooting suspect, a 66-year-old man. Police said the suspect appeared to have died by suicide.

The victim appeared to have been dead for days when the suspect killed himself, police said. The state Medical Examiner’s Office determined the victim was shot to death.

Authorities are still in the process of identifying the victim.
