Heritage Ranch

Located on the southwest corner of 159th Street and Black Bob in Olathe is the new development of Heritage Ranch.

Kicked off with a Summer 2024 groundbreaking, this larger community—encompassing 130 acres, 305 lots, and a small community lake—will be ready for sale by Spring 2025. Here, prospective buyers will have a choice between four different lot sizes, ranging from 50 to 85 feet, soon to be showcased by approximately 12 future model homes.
