Photo released after child ‘slapped in the face’ on school bus home

Officers have published a photo after a child was ‘slapped in the face’ on a bus home from school. Greater Manchester Police wants to speak to the man in the image, which was released this morning (September 3).

It follows an incident on Wednesday, May 15, which saw a victim assaulted on a bus home from Sale High School in Sale, Trafford. GMP says the victim was slapped in the face at some time between 3.30pm and 3.45pm that day.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident. The photo released today appears to show a man in work clothing sat on a bus.
