FRANKFORT, Ind. ― Indiana 28 east and west of the Interstate 65 exit is closed late Monday morning because of an active incident, Indiana State Police Sgt. Jeremy Piers said.
According to the scanner traffic, the incident at the scene happened about 10:40 a.m., and it continues as of 11:45 a.m. Monday.
