Oklahoma Lottery: Harrah man wins $3 million, plans to buy home for daughter

An Oklahoma man has become a millionaire after claiming a $3 Million Mania Scratcher top prize this week.

According to the Oklahoma Lottery, Frank, a resident of Harrah, claimed the prize worth $3 million on Monday at the Oklahoma Lottery Winner Center. The winning ticket was purchased at an EZ Mart in Harrah.

The winner says that he plans to help buy a new home for his daughter and her family.

This winning ticket was the first top prize to be awarded from $3 Million Mania, and there is one top prize remaining in the game.

With this win, Frank becomes the Oklahoma Lottery’s 85th millionaire.

Last fiscal year, the Oklahoma Lottery paid out more than $271 million in prizes to players, according to a press release, and since its launch, the lottery has generated more than $1.32 billion in funds that have been given to the Oklahoma Education Lottery Trust Fund.
