Pete Wicks was quick to tell Jowita Przystal not to think about being partnered with another celebrity on Strictly Come Dancing as he quizzed her.
The professional dancer, who has been paired with Pete since the start of the 2024 series back in September, joined him as his co-host on his Staying Relevant podcast which he usually hosts with best pal Sam Thompson.
With reigning King of the Jungle back in Autralia for the new I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here spin-off show, Unpacked, Pete has endevoured to keep the podcast going and let Jowita join him on the latest episode as his new co-presenter.

In a clip shared to Staying Relevant’s Instagram, Pete is seen hitting Jowita with the hard questions as he asked the dancer: “If you weren’t dancing with me, who would you want to dance with?”
Jowita remained silent to which Pete said: “Don’t sit on the fence, answer the f**king question!” But Jowita replied: “But I don’t want that. I said to you from the beginning, I want to dance with you!”
But Pete rephrased he question and said: “If you weren’t allowed… I’m not an option.” WIth Jowita still not answering, Pete asked again: “If you couldn’t dance with me, who would you like to dance with?” He then added: “I know the answer to it…” When Jowita asked: “Do you?” Pete replied: “Yeah, 100%”
Jowita didn’t believe him before Pete said: “Jamie [Borthwick]…” before he could explain why, Jowita immediatley answered: “Yeah..” prompting a stunned reaction from Pete and laughter in the studio. “You and Jamie would have been great as in, you get on really well with him, you would have had loads of fun with Jamie and Jamie’s a really good dancer.”
As Jowita agreed, she then went quiet, seemingly imagining herself performing with Jamie to which Pete said: “Okay, stop thinking about it now because unfortunatley you’re not with Jamie are ya? Your’re stuck with me.”
And there was a mixed bag of comments as some were quick to defend Pete. @emma.mayx12 said: “Jamie and Jowita would’ve actually been so good.” @deb.50h13 commented: “I can’t imagine these two not being together. No matter what happens, they will always be friends now. It’s a fabulous episode. So funny.”
@jlstostayingrelevant replied: “Pete, stop selling yourself short, you’re learning something new everyday and you’re doing so bloody well! On the other side of that, Jamie and Jowita? That’d be interesting too.” @suzysgf added: “The jealousy is so cute… we get it pete we all also wanna dance with Jowita.”
