Millcreek’s Belle Valley Volunteer Fire Department will provide the engine for the first-ever “Stuff the Fire Engine” collection for Toys for Tots on Saturday.
The engine will be parked at Walmart, at 2711 Elm St., Erie, from noon to 4 p.m. Belle Valley volunteers will join the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve in accepting toys to be distributed to low-income families in Erie County this Christmas.
The campaign accepts new, unwrapped toys for infants through age 17. Toys for Tots provided toys for 8,083 Erie County children last year.
Belle Valley volunteers are thrilled to partner with Toys for Tots, Fire Chief Jeremy Moreland said.

The 2024 Toys for Tots campaign opened with a “Stuff the Cruiser” event in partnership with Pennsylvania State Police Troop E at the Summit Township Walmart last week.
