We’ve scoured Disney World’s ticket calendar and several top Disney travel blogs to find the least expensive dates and lowest forecasted crowds this year. It’s worth noting that standard ticket prices won’t change after Disney publishes them, but limited-time promotions may become available, which brings costs down further. Also, crowd predictions are based on past data and should be seen only as suggested guides. Events and weather can change quickly in Florida.

What time of year is Disney World least crowded?

Early February and the window between Labor Day and mid-September are among the least crowded times to visit Disney World, according to crowd calendar predictions.

• Disney Tourist Blog: Mid-January, early February, before Spring Break, post-Easter, early May and mid-September

• The Park Prodigy: Late January, early and late February, and the first half of September, except around Labor Day

• Undercover Tourist: Parts of January and February, early March, late April, weekdays in early May, most weekdays from September through December, excluding holiday weeks

What are the least crowded days at Disney World?

Typically, midweek weekdays tend to be less crowded than weekends or weekdays bordering weekends. However, that goes out the window for holiday weeks and school breaks, which are very busy.

How much is a ticket to enter Disney World?

Disney World tickets vary by date and park, with more popular dates and parks costing more. Magic Kingdom is not only the most popular park at Disney World but also the most visited theme park in the world.

Prices for one-day, one-park tickets for guests over age 9:

• Disney’s Animal Kingdom: $119-$174

• EPCOT: $129-$194

• Disney’s Hollywood Studios: $139-$194

• Magic Kingdom: $139-$199

On most dates, ticket prices are significantly higher than starting prices but lower than the very top prices, which represent a few select dates around the holidays.

What’s the cheapest month to go to Disney World?

With the exception of Labor Day weekend, September is the cheapest month to visit Disney World, but there are dates worth noting in August as well.

These are the dates with the lowest starting prices for one-day, one-park tickets for 2025:

• Aug. 19-22, 25-28

• Sept. 2-4, 9-11, 15-18, 23-25
