Ely riots: Eleven more people charged over disorder after teenagers killed in e-bike crash
Police investigating the Ely riots have charged 11 further people over the alleged disorder. The scenes began after two teenagers were killed in an e-bike collision in the Ely area of Cardiff on 22 May 2023. Harvey Evans, 15, and Kyrees Sullivan, 16, died after the collision in Snowden Road at around 6pm.
