Police on the scene of a shooting at a Popeyes in Colerain Township

Police are on the scene of a shooting at a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Colerain Township that left three people injured on Thursday, according to a township spokesperson.

The shooting was first reported at 12:37 p.m. It is still an active scene at the fast food restaurant at 9760 Colerain Ave., near the Springdale Road intersection.

The three victims were transported to the hospital, the spokesperson said, who added that the suspect is still at large.

An Enquirer reporter is on the way to the scene.
