No one was hurt after a video captured a Amazon delivery truck sliding down an icy South Knoxville road on Sunday, Jan. 12.
The video was captured two days after a snowstorm swept through the Volunteer State, dumping more than four inches of snow onto the Knoxville area, according to the National Weather Service.
The snow left Knoxville with slick and hazardous road conditions.
“When it first came out though, I thought someone was using our Porta John” said Jonathon Coleman, the builder whose camera captured the terrifying moment.

In reality, the figure standing by the portable toilet in the video was the Amazon delivery worker, who jumped out of the truck to safety just before the vehicle slipped down Atchley Street.
Just seconds after the driver hopped out of the moving vehicle, the truck crashed down the side of the hill.
