A New York neighborhood was blanketed by a thick layer of snow on November 29, as heavy lake-effect snow was forecasted to develop in the area.Footage filmed by Daniel JD Pollina shows snowy scenes in North Collins.“First major snowstorm of the year,” Pollina told Storyful. “Visibility was rough, and we were sliding around on the road and the snow wasn’t even deep yet.”“I would’ve liked to stay under the snow band overnight but I couldn’t find a spot,” he added.
