Brevard County woman accused of animal cruelty and child neglect, sheriff says
Deputies in Brevard County said they arrested a woman who is accused of animal cruelty and child neglect.
Investigators said they have been looking for Tyisha Osby since last month.
They found her at a motel in Vero Beach.

She is accused of confining animals without sufficient food and water.
She is also facing child neglect charges for using her children to break up a dog fight in her yard.
