A college student is facing charges in connection to shootings that happened on Interstate 40 in North Carolina. He was identified as 23-year-old Thomas Graney. He’s a student at North Carolina State University. Authorities say the suspected sniper opened fire at least 11 times over three days. Officials say shell casings found near the scene matched the type of gun found in the suspect’s home. Graney is being held without bond.
