A Crestline man was sentenced to nearly a year in prison after pleading guilty to new charges and to violating his probation in another case.
Nathan D. Brady, 44, pleaded guilty June 19 in Crawford County Common Pleas Court to two counts of possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies, and to violating his probation on a theft charge conviction from 2023.
In a plea agreement with prosecutors, Brady was sentenced to 10 months in prison in each case to run concurrent to each other for a total of 10 months in prison.
Brady must report to the Crawford County Justice Center by 7 p.m. Sept. 13, when he will be transported to prison.
He must pay a $1,000 fine along with court costs. He was ordered to forfeit all drug paraphernalia to the Bucyrus Police Department.
