Dec. 22—CUMBERLAND — A city man was arrested Saturday on child abuse and assault charges in connection with an incident that occurred in Oldtown, Cumberland Police said.
Eric Lynn Clark Jr., 33, was taken into custody by city police on an outstanding warrant relating to the Oct. 15 incident.
Clark was being held Sunday without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center on charges of child abuse-second degree custodian and second-degree assault.
A bail review hearing was scheduled Monday in district court.
