Deadly New Orleans vehicle attack follows al-Qaeda tactics: Ex-Secret Service agent | Morning in America

Ten people were killed and 30 injured when a vehicle drove into a crowd in New Orleans. Former Secret Service agent Charles Marino told NewsNation that the attack was intentional, using the vehicle as a weapon, a tactic seen in al-Qaeda and ISIS playbooks. Marino also noted the suspect was armed and wearing body armor, which suggested the potential for more casualties had law enforcement not intervened. He added that al-Qaeda has advocated using vehicles as weapons for years. #NewOrelans #BourbonStreet #NewYears
