Downed power lines shut down South Boulevard in South End Tuesday afternoon.
A Publix big rig was in the middle of the street in front of the grocery store and a nearby powerline was snapped in half.
It is unclear what caused the incident.
Officials estimate that it will be cleared by 6 p.m.
