Drug search leads to arrest of four individuals in Willmar, Minnesota

Sep. 2—- A search warrant for controlled substances executed on Saturday in Willmar led to the arrest of four individuals, according to a news release from the CEE-VI Drug and Gang Task Force.

The task force, along with

SWAT, executed the warrant at 8:37 a.m. Saturday on the 400 block of Eighth Street Southwest.

During the search, agents located a large amount of methamphetamine, psilocybin mushrooms, LSD, a handgun and numerous rounds of ammunition, according to the news release from Sgt. Ross Ardoff, commander of the CEE-VI Drug and Gang Task Force.

Also seized in the search was U.S. currency believed to be proceeds from controlled substance sales and a motor vehicle believed to be used in trafficking the controlled substances throughout west central Minnesota, according to the release.

Four people were arrested on various charges, one of whom had just been released from jail after making bail on charges related to a motorcycle pursuit on Aug. 29, according to Ardoff.
