Arizona voters on Tuesday will be deciding prominent federal and state primary races, including a faceoff between Republicans Kari Lake and Mark Lamb for U.S. Senate, a six-way Democratic contest in Arizona’s 1st Congressional District and battles on both sides of the political aisle over a number of disputed legislative seats.
Locally, several county offices will see heated primaries and Mesa voters will weigh in on a crowded field of candidates for city mayor.
Voting sites will be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday for in-person voting and for early voters to continue to drop off ballots.
Polls are open until 7 p.m. First election results will be available shortly after 8 p.m. at election.azcentral.com.
