Universal Groceries, 2256 Broad St. (All repeat violations: Cheese dated 7/10 and 8/5 discarded as well as one that was undated but showed signs of age; fruit flies still present, house flies dead in cooler; smoked chicken drumsticks unlabeled; notice of violation sent to owner but no reply or attention given to violations originally found Aug. 7) Also seven noncritical violations.
