The Vine Bar and Grille, 11884 E. Main Road, North East Township. (French-fry cutter had slimy old potato residue.) Also three noncritical violations. Tuesday
The Original Breakfast Place, 2340 E. 38th St. (Employee observed washing dirty dishes did not wash hands before handling clean dishes.) Also one noncritical violation. Tuesday
