At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded Nov. 22 through Wednesday.

Fine Restaurant & Bar, 2330 E. 38th St. (Ceiling air vent needs cleaning; cutting boards deeply scratched and discolored and need to be replaced; and the kitchen needs a deep cleaning under equipment as well as walls and corners.) Nov. 26
One critical violation
Tree House Tavern, 228 W. Main St., Girard Boro. (No sanitizer or test strips were located. Drinking glasses and small utensils are required to be properly washed, rinsed and sanitized.) Monday
