Fort Worth police ask for public’s help to find a missing 16-year-old

The Fort Worth Police Department is asking for the public’s help with locating a missing 16-year-old boy, officials with the department said on social media Friday.

Adrian Elijah Ramirez was last seen at about 4 a.m. Friday near the 2100 block of Shawnee Trail, police said.

According to Fort Worth police, Ramirez was riding a blue bike and carrying a red bag with fishing poles inside.

The boy’s mother told the Star-Telegram that she believes her son is heading north, but she’s unsure to where.
