Police are appealing for help to find a schoolgirl who hasn’t been seen since Friday lunchtime. Officers are appealing for anyone with information on the whereabouts of Whitney to come forward. Police have not released her surname.
The 15-year-old from Ferndale was last seen at around 1.30pm on Friday, November 15 as she was leaving school. Police say the teenager was wearing a navy skirt, a white school shirt, black leggings, and black trainers and was carrying a black, brown and white handbag. She is described as being 5ft 2in with brown eyes and with long dark brown hair in a ponytail.
Police are urging anyone with information to come forward. A spokeswoman for South Wales Police said: “If you have seen Whitney or have any information which will help us to find her, please contact us.”
