Halloween witch hats recalled due to burn hazard

(WHTM)– Claire’s and Icing stores have recalled Halloween witch hats that violate Federal Flammability Requirements.

According to the CPSC, customers who already purchased the hats from Claire’s or Icing stores are eligible for a refund. Over 5,700 units were sold around the county, and an additional 450 were sold in Canada.
