Hanover Area Fire Museum sets up model trains for the holidays

HANOVER, Pa. (WHTM) — Model trains are putting people in the holiday spirit in Hanover.

The Greater Hanover Area Fire Museum is operating model train layouts ranging from N-scale trains to outdoor garden trains.

You can find them in the former Eagle Fire Co. No. 2 station at 134 East Hanover Street.

It’s a way to celebrate the connection between model trains and the holidays.

“From a standpoint, trains and fire trucks or fire museum things go hand in hand,” Gordy Lillich, President of the Greater Hanover Fire Museum, said. “It doesn’t get any better than that. And you won’t be disappointed.”
