A man holding at least three people hostage has barricaded himself in his father’s restaurant, French TV channel BFMTV has said, citing police sources.
Reuters journalists on the scene saw heavy police presence, with members of tactical units present.
Police and firefighters did not immediately respond to Reuters requests for comment.
