Islamabad: Chairman PTI Imran Khan has challenged the decision in the Islamabad High court after being disqualified by the Election Commission on Friday.

According to the news, Barrister Ali Zafar has filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court on behalf of Imran Khan, in which it has been said that the Election Commission did not have the authority to decide on corrupt practices, and disqualification. It is said that the decision of the Election Commission on the Tosha Khana reference case should be annulled and the hearing of the case should be held today.

According to sources, the application has been filed in the Islamabad High Court without a copy of the decision of the Election Commission. A copy of the application for the supply of a copy of judgment is attached. Islamabad High Court rejected the request for a hearing today and said that there will be no hearing on Imran Khan’s disqualification case today, Imran Khan’s disqualification case will be heard on Monday.
