I’m A Celebrity fans have been left heartbroken after Melvin Odoom became the fourth campmate to leave the jungle.
Ant and Dec entered camp to let the nine remaining celebrities know who had been voted out. Revealing that Love Island star Maura Higgins and radio DJ Melvin were in the bottom two, it was 44-year-old Melvin who ended up leaving.
Viewers at home were left shocked by the departure, with many saying they thought the presenter would make the final. In particular, they were left heartbroken that they would no longer be seeing his friendship with dancer Oti Mabuse on screen.

Melvin and Oti formed a strong bond in the jungle, with Melvin telling Ant and Dec during his exit interview that she was like his “sister” in camp. “She had my back at all times, she reminds me of my sister who I’m really close to,” Melvin said. “She made me feel comfortable.” He added: “She was a great person to be in camp with.”
Fans say they will miss seeing the pair’s friendship blossom. “Iām actually going to miss seeing his friendship with Oti,” one viewer wrote on X, formerly Twitter. “Those two were so good together I donāt think sheāll be as happy now heās gone I think those really kept each other positive.”
Another viewer commented: “Oti and Melvin were my favourite duo of this series I’m going to miss them so bad.” A third wrote: “Melvin and Oti is one of the best friendships, Iāve loved watching them.”
Another said: “HOW DARE Y’ALL SPLIT OTI AND MELVIN,” while another added: “Oti and Melvin donāt break my heart.”
Viewers were ‘gutted’ to see Melvin get eliminated. “I thought Melvin would be top three,” one wrote, while another said: “I hate everyone who voted Melvin. He was great.” Another commented: “I’m gutted Melvin is out! Really wanted to see him do the celebrity cyclone too.”
A fourth wrote: “Melvin was absolutely ROBBED of the final. Such an amazing campmate,” while a fifth said: “Melvinās one who didnāt deserve to go, but he never got much airtime compared to others he was obviously gonna go.”
Melvin is the latest campmate to be voted off the show, after N-Dubz singer Tulisa became the third contestant to leave on Monday night. Loose Women star Jane Moore was the first campmate to be voted out, while Dean McCullough was the second.
Earlier in tonight’s episode viewers saw the celebrities get a night at the Jungle Arms. The campmates were treated to a buffet of pizza and chips, and all got a drink of their choice.
This year, the Jungle Arms pub came complete with a keyboard, a guitar and a microphone for the celebrities to take part in some karaoke.
Love Island star Maura Higgins took on Celine Dionās power ballad, Itās All Coming Back To Me Now, while Melvin gave the camp a rendition of Outkast’s Hey Ya.
The group then all joined in with a singalong of Donāt Leave Me This Way, the hit 80s song by Reverend Richard Coles’ band the Communards.
Tonight’s show also saw Oti take on the Sinister Sarcophagus bushtucker trial that former campmate Dean was unable to complete.
Oti was locked inside a clear tomb that filled up with sand and had to answer a series of Egypt-related questions. For every one she answered correctly, a star was lowered down and she had to release it using only her mouth, while critters joined her.
After getting just one question wrong, Oti managed to win eight out of the nine available stars for the camp.
