ITV This Morning fans issue same complaint as they tell star ‘put some trousers on’

This Morning viewers were left somewhat distracted as David Potts made his comeback on the ITV programme.

The Celebrity Big Brother champ graced the studio again on Friday (July 12), joining hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary to share details about the latest competition, which offers fans a chance to win a whopping £250,000.

However, attention was swiftly diverted by David, 31, who showed off his famously bare legs in his trademark shorts paired with an England shirt, while revealing the enticing competition specifics.

Social media lit up with comments, with one user remarking on X, formerly known as Twitter: “Put some ruddy trousers on! ” Another echoed the sentiment, saying: “Put some trousers on.”

But not all feedback was negative, as another social media user expressed their appreciation: “Everyone loves Mr Hotpants.”, reports the Mirror.

David had previously let slip his secret for keeping his legs so tanned and smooth during an appearance on Good Morning Britain back in April.

Hosts Ed Balls and Kate Garraway were curious about David’s leg-care routine, and before getting into the discussion, David flaunted his legs after stepping out from behind the desk, explaining his process.

“So [I] shave obviously. We don’t want the hair. Exfoliate like hard exfoliation. Then moisturiser on for about an hour.”

“You’ve got to let it really soak in. Put a nice little oil on, it just gives a nice smooth dolphin’s beak feel. I’ve never touched a dolphin’s beak but that’s the vibe that I’m going for,” he shared.

David was crowned the first winner of the revamped Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year, beating Strictly’s Nikita Kuzmin and Coronation Street’s Colson Smith. The return of the civilian series of the iconic reality show was confirmed at the end of the latest CBB series, with AJ Odudu and Will Best returning as hosts.

This Morning airs weekdays on ITV at 10am
